• Demonstrable track record of having developed sales from first client contact to contract closure
• Extensive contacts at the decision making level within brands and large agencies
• Deep understanding of the decision making process for digital marketing project engagements
• Ability to identify decision makers within complex client organizations
• High-level understanding of the process to deliver upon digital marketing engagements
• Ability to work to revenue targets

Someone who is driven to manage world class interactive projects for major brands, establish and maintain production standards, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creatives, and be passionate about the space from Web to gaming and mobile to video. This person must be creative, solutions-driven, and organized, to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time in an extremely fast-paced environment. Quality industry expertise at a recognized agency or client-side experience is a must as is clear, respectful communications skills. The work will involve project planning (resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling etc.), resource /schedule management, client liaison, internal team and 3rd party management.
